The 889 Cobalt Phthalocyanide Series Wet Oxidative Desulfurization Catalyst is a flagship product of our company. lt is a novel high-efficiency desulfurization catalyst that can be directly applied without altering existing process conditions. lt effectively removes both inorganic and organic sulfur, as well as high sulfur levels exceeding 5g /Nm3.

This product is non-corrosive, non-clogging, and capable of cleaning deposited sulfur from equipment. lt is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, easy to use, highly active, cost-efficient, and requires minimal dosage.

lt is the optimal choice for desulfurization in biogas plants, fertilizer factories, coking plants, gas plants, alkali production facilities, refineries, citric acid plants, breweries, pharmaceutical factories, and etc.

Performance and characteristics

1. 889 desulfurization catalyst has strong catalytic activity, smal dosage, economical operation andconvenient use. When the desulfurization of the old system is changed to “889″,there is no need to stop and discharge the desulfurization liquid.
2. The desulfurization efficiency is high, and the crude desulfurization device can reduce the H2S in the purified gas to less than 50 mg/Nm3.
3. High sulfur removal capacity: It can be used for conventional desulfurization within 5 g/Nm3, but also for 5~50 g/Nm³ of high concentration of H2S desulfurization.
4. Desulfurization is comprehensive. lt can not only remove inorganic sulfur, but also remove a certain amount of organic sulfur, and the highest removal rate of organic sulfur can reach to 90%.
5. Non-sulfur plugging tower. The sulfur particles produced by flotation during regeneration are large, the solution viscosity is low, and the sulfur particles are easily separated. 889 desulfurization liquid has strong self-cleaning ability, and hasthe function of washing tower at the same time.

Principle of reaction:

Adsorption: H2S + Na2CO3 == NaHS + NaHCO3/ H2S + NaOH == NaHS + H2O

Regeneration: 2NaHS + O2 =889= 2NaOH + 2S
