Product Overview

H2S is colorless, poisonous and corrosive, and is commonly found in crude oil and natural gas extraction and gathering and transportation systems.To protect the pipeline from corrosion,it is necessary to reduce the content of H2S, and adding Triazine H2S inhibitor is an effective way to reduce the content of H2S. This product reacts with H2S or mercaptan to produce stable water-soluble compounds, which can reduce the concentration of H2S and solve the safety and corrosion problems. This product is mainly composed of triazine derivatives and other auxiliaries, which its cost is low, and has good desulfurization effect.

Application

For oil and gas wells, a full set of equipment protection, it can be added from the ring space to the bottom of the well to eliminate hydrogen sulfide in the system, to protect the safety of equipment and personnel. For the treatment of H2S in the produced liquid of oil and gas wells, it can be directly added to the wellhead gathering and transportation pipeline to absorb the H2S contained in the produced liquid and protect the transportation pipeline and equipment. When add this product to a system containing H2S, theoretically, if the concentration of H2S in the produced liquid is up to 100 ppm (i.e.the mass of hydrogen sulfide in 1 cubic meter produced liquid is 0.1kg), then each cubic meter produced liquid will need to add 0.1kg-0.6kg H2S inhibitor. The specific dosage can be adjusted according to the concentration of hydrogen sulfide at the site detection point.
